Return & Refund Policy

This Return and Refund Policy applies to purchases made on the website operated by SHI (Liat Zadok 027882554), located at Tzivon (hereinafter: “the Company”).

Nothing in this policy shall derogate from the provisions of any applicable law, including the Israeli Consumer Protection Law 1981 and the regulations enacted thereunder. In the event of any conflict between this policy and applicable law, the provisions of the law shall prevail.


Order Cancellation

In accordance with Section 14C of the Consumer Protection Law, a Customer may cancel a purchase by notifying the Company within 14 days from the date of purchase or receipt of the product (or receipt of transaction details documentation, whichever is later).

The cancellation notice must include:

  • Full name
  • ID number
  • Order and product details

Cancellation Conditions

  • Products must be returned in their original packaging, unused, undamaged, and in full condition.
  • The Customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise required by law.
  • If the product has already been shipped, the Customer must return it at their own expense.

Cancellation Fees

Where cancellation is not due to a defect or discrepancy:

  • A cancellation fee of up to 5% of the product price or 100 NIS (whichever is lower) may apply.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable where applicable.

If cancellation is due to a defect or mismatch between the product and its description:

  • The Customer will receive a full refund, including cancellation fees, in accordance with applicable law.

Refund Process

Approved refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned product or cancellation approval. Refunds will be issued using the original payment method where possible.

The Company reserves the right to:

  • Deduct value reduction if the product has been damaged or significantly depreciated due to improper use
  • Refuse returns of products that are not in resale condition

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Customized or tailor-made products
  • Products with missing parts or accessories
  • Hygiene or care-related products
  • Items that have been used, damaged, or not returned in original condition

Late Cancellation (Delivery Orders)

For home delivery orders:

  • Cancellation must be requested at least 12 hours before scheduled delivery
  • Failure to notify in time may result in shipping charges being applied

Order Cancellation by the Company

The Company reserves the right to cancel an order at any time in cases including but not limited to:

  • Product unavailability
  • Pricing or description errors
  • Force majeure or delivery impossibility
  • Technical or operational issues

In such cases, the Customer will receive a full refund, and no additional compensation will be provided.


International Orders

Please note that international orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees upon arrival in the destination country. Any such charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the purchase price or shipping costs.


Legal Rights

Nothing in this policy limits the Customer’s rights under applicable law, including the Israeli Consumer Protection Law 1981.
